Anyone else feel like today is the first day of the new year? It's Monday, every new year should start on Monday. This past weekend didn't end up as planned and that's okay. It ended up being slow paced and a lot of time spent at home.
We had plans to go tubing for Travis's birthday on Friday but Peyton came down with a cold so instead, he and I spent our day like this. This boy wants his Mama to snuggle when he doesn't feel good so I also got in a little nap!
Continued by a snuggle session in Mom and Dad's bed before calling it a night!
On Saturday, Travis turned 42 so we celebrated with banana pudding and his finger steaks and fries!
These two kept me company while I worked out! Thankfully Peyton was doing much better!
We had the pleasure of playing LCR with a princess, who won all of our money!
We finally had to do all the things to get ready for school to start back up. Colson has one more day of break but the little two head back today!
We ended our weekend with Peyton reading to me!
