Friday Favorites

Happy Friday! I’m sharing a few favorites from our week. It’s a short list since our week was short!

First up on my list…it’s our anniversary! Happy anniversary, Travis! I’m so blessed to have spent the last 7 years married to my best friend!



Tuesday morning came too quickly after a night of no sleep thanks to fireworks and a child who couldn’t sleep through them! I didn’t get out of bed until after my first cup of coffee!

Being able to braid Charlee’s hair is my favorite! She has such fine hair so it doesn’t stay great, but it’s fun while it lasts.

This hydrangea bush is my favorite! It has done better than ever this year. 

Favorite napping buddies! 

My favorite summer dinner, blt! 

The kids don’t love that I make them do schoolwork during the summer but knowing when they head back to school with some review makes me happy!

I made this cake this week and the buttercream might be my favorite! Pecan buttercream! I can’t wait to hear how delicious this cake is!

It’s been two years since Charlee’s second surgery. I’m so thankful for a healthy girl for the past two years!

Colson is with my grandparents so the four of us took a cruise in the ‘54, which is everyone’s favorite!
