Weekend Recap

Happy Monday, friends! This weekend was full and I'm not quite ready for Monday.

Here's some of our weekend highlights!

The weekend started off with getting all the Christmas cards in the mail. Big accomplishment, checked off! I ordered a new return address stamp the first of October and it never came so...I ended up giving up on it and printing some. Hopefully, it decides to show up soon!

Friday evening we headed to Texas Roadhouse for dinner with all the grandparents. These two boys didn't mind the wait, but Peyton kept trying to get some rolls. 

This kid loves hotdogs and this one was gone in about five bites. 

We braved the cold and headed to the Caldwell Lights. They never disappoint. 

Papa Kim and Grandma Jo rode with us so I sat in the third row with Colson and on the way home he fell asleep on my shoulder. 

Saturday morning came too early but this boy and I enjoyed Colson's last basketball game! 

This boy LOVES playing basketball! 

After basketball, we met my parents for lunch before tackling a big to-do list.

We stopped by our favorite store! 

And this boy couldn't keep up with all the shopping....

When we got home, the boys went to my parent's house to help them decorate for Christmas. So, I tagged along with Travis while he went and looked for birds...

When it's duck season, you get in time together however possible! :) 

 

We ended the night snuggling in the living room and watching Paw Patrol...

 

Sunday was CRAZY busy! The boys and I finally made it to church. I can't remember the last time we attended and it was such a great service. We came home with enough time for the boys to eat lunch and wrap some presents. Then we loaded up and headed to meet a friend's new baby and a graduation party!

I ended the weekend attending the multi church choir performance. It's always a great performance!
