Five on Friday

One. Baby Number Three.

Travis and I went in for our eight week ultrasound this week and quickly realized it was an eleven week ultrasound. It was so fun to see hands and feet. I can't wait to document this pregnancy and share with all of you the journey of adding another baby to our family. I have yet to purchase one baby thing. Gender neutral is hard. I may wait until we find out the gender to purchase anything.

Two. Sleep.

It's no secret that I'm really loving sleep right now. I told Travis I wanted to check into a hotel this weekend and just sleep. Nothing but sleep. He wasn't on board with that idea. But, Peyton was sharing my love for sleep while we strolled the isles of Hobby Lobby last weekend. He was sound asleep. Although he doesn't fit in the cart anymore, he never woke up.

Three. Helping Dad.

Travis went to Home Depot to buy a new rake and Colson begged for one of his own. Last weekend the two of them spent the afternoon doing yard work. However, minutes into helping Dad, Colson quickly realized he'd rather be inside playing. I love that Travis is teaching him at a young age to help him and I love watching the two interact.

Four. Haircut.

Peyton's hair was getting long so I gave him a haircut this week. He looks five. I can't believe how much a haircut will change his looks. I don't know if it's because I'm pregnant with his little brother or sister, but this kid seems so big lately. 

Five. Time with Travis.

One really fun thing about being pregnant...I get to look forward to a day date once a month. Travis goes to all of my appointments with me. Most of the time we grab a bite to eat and go to the doctor. I always look forward to uninterrupted time with him. After our appointment this week, we headed to pick up parts and the back of the Yukon was FULL. With the holidays coming up quickly, time with Travis is never taken for granted.
