I'm back for Friday favorites! First of all, we actually made it to Friday! This week has been crazy busy. Today is Colson's first day of school so you can probably find me crying around 9 am!
On Monday, Colson went school shopping with my mom while I was in training all morning. I picked Peyton up and he enjoyed the one on one time but kept saying brother. He thought he was so cool playing with the tether ball. Being outside is this kid's favorite! I'm really looking forward to the cooler weather and spending more time outside without getting so dang hot!
While making dinner Monday night Peyton brought me the container of cereal. After telling him no a dozen times he threw it on the floor, it exploded and he started eating! This kid!!! His reaction was my favorite, so it was hard to be mad. He was so proud!
Monday night was Colson's first football game of the year. He was excellent at blocking but still isn't a huge fan. He prefers baseball. Watching him play any sport is my favorite, but I'm glad he likes baseball!
After his football pictures on Tuesday, we headed to open house so he could meet his teacher and find his classroom. He looked so little with all the other kids. I can't believe he starts school today! Cara Carroll is one of my favorite people to follow on Instagram. She made up a cute graphic for heading back to school. I grabbed it. It was a thoughtful but inexpensive gesture for his new teacher!
His favorite part of checking out his classroom is all of the toys!
My favorite, favorite, favorite part of the week was meeting Oliver. My best friend had her baby last weekend and the boys and I were able to meet him. He was so sweet!
Peyton loves babies and couldn't be close enough. He does the same thing at the babysitter. He loves to gently touch them and it is the cutest thing ever.
Last night Colson picked what we had for dinner and we talked about heading back to school. I can't wait to share more next week!
Also, Andrea shared this last week and I loved it so much that I wanted to share with you!
Happy Friday, friends! I hope you have a great weekend!
