Last week was busy and just as I think I'm going to get a head start...I feel overwhelmed again. Isn't that just life?! My piles of laundry and homework are top priority today so I can enjoy the rest of the week. Our calendar is filling up with things to do daily and the temps are going to be HOOOTTTTT! I guess it's July so I can't complain.
We spent the majority of our weekend outside aside from the doctor visit we made Friday afternoon.
Peyton currently has a double ear infection. We finally have antibiotics to help!
Friday night date night......
Just kidding! We took Colson golfing and I'm positive that he had the best time.
I had tears in my eyes a few times. Watching these two. Travis is more than I ever imagined for a father. He loves Colson and loves teaching him new things. I love watching them bond. I sat in the cart and just watched several times praising God for giving us Travis.
Saturday morning before Peyton woke up was spent building tree houses with legos.
Colson rode to Cascasde with our friend, Valerie, last week and he was so shocked when he saw her on our shopping cart!
Colson grabbed all the party supplies while we were at the dollar store to take to Uncle Daniel's party.
My brother turned 30 yesterday and we helped him celebrate on Saturday.
After Peyton was asleep and Colson had his jammies on....we ate ice cream cones on the front porch.
And he asked me to take a picture of the sky because the sunset was perfect!
Sunday we hit the early service at church and then headed to the splash pad to celebrate Walker's birthday. Both boys love the splash pad. I wish it was something our town offered but there are several a short drive away.
Home in time for Peyton and Dad to spray weeds. As soon as Travis showed up on the four-wheeler, Peyton jumped on his and drove around.
We spent the rest of the evening outside and enjoyed Popsicles before dinner because it was hottt!
I hope you have fun plans for the 4th!!
