Colson 5-Months

Colson is 5 months! Well....5 months and 3 days.

What's new?
Colson is such a smiley boy who loves to snuggle. He has started screaming until his voice is horse. He jabbers a log while playing. He recently started rolling from back to tummy. No teeth yet, but he drools like crazy and chews on everything. Everything that boys touches HAS to find its way to his mouth. No doctor appointment this month so I'm just as curious as you to know how he fits on the growth chart.

Eat.
I give Colson an 8 ounce bottle in the morning at 6 before leaving for work and then when I get home at 6. I started him on oatmeal at night, before bed. He eats about 1/8 cup. I plan on increasing this and giving him oatmeal, morning and night.

Sleep.
I've been a very lucky momma so far. I put him down at 9 and he sleeps through the night. I'm going to move his bedtime back to 8 very soon. I want to cut out his evening cat nap that he takes between 6 and 7. As of right now, I'm waking him up in the mornings right now. He sleeps on his tummy and on his side.

You're favorites: reading books, bathtime, your owl, the lights and buttons on your jumper, conversations with momma, oatmeal, your feet, screaming, being tossed in the air, and your think it's hilarious to be startled.

You're not-so-favorites: fighting sleep, riding the in fire truck in the parade, being in your car-seat too long, your paci (you'd much rather suck on your thumb), sitting and playing alone.

Little man got to hang out with this little beauty! Braylee! Aren't they sweet! So glad that they are the same age because I sure love her momma!

 Nothing like an out-take! This is why the sticker goes on Colson's owl and not him! :)
